I have switched from pills to liquid vitamins after trying all the liquid supplements on the market I finally decided on Herbally Pure vitamins. They taste better than anything else I have found and my children like the flovor. My husband like to add it to cold water with ice and sips like a cool after noon drink. I recommend herbally pure liquid vitamins. They worked for my family.
